Shipping Times and Costs

  • Delivery Time: Orders placed within the national territory will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €100.

  • Delivery Time: International shipments may take between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our website or the carrier’s website.


Deliveries

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a notification with instructions to reschedule the delivery or collect the package from a nearby branch.
